Vine Customer Review of Free Product · Loved these capsules

The pumpkin seed oil capsules are a great alternative for omegas component making them safe for vegetarians and those with intolerances. The capsules are big but smaller than your average large capsules which makes them easier to swallow specially since the capsule gel is super smooth and the shape help with the process. They contain a good nutrient concentration. You would need a consistent intake for a long time to see it's effects but definitely a great supplement for general body function. Good price for qualiy, not many but still good .
