CoQ10 400mg – 30 Softgels

I purchased this CoQ10 three times: once in the lower dosage and twice in the 400 mg version. I had no problems with the first batch of soft gels. They looked like normal soft gel capsules and matched the product photos. However, when I ordered the 400 mg version, the capsules looked and tasted like plastic rather than normal soft gels. They were unusually hard and did not have the soft, flexible texture I expected. At first, I assumed it might have been an isolated production issue, so I didn’t think much of it. However, when I ordered the 400 mg version a second time, I received capsules with exactly the same hard, plastic-like appearance and taste. This left me confused and concerned about whether these are actually normal soft gel capsules. I’m sharing photos because the capsules I received look noticeably different from what I expected based on the product description.
