Happpy with the order strength just right and my glucose levels already improved so my first morning reading which has recently been over 15 is now down to 9.2 so Im very satisfied

This product is excellent. After trying many other medicines and treatments, this is the only thing that has significantly reduced the tingling and burning in my feet after only 7 days. Im sleeping better too as not in as much pain. Would recommend highly to anyone suffering as I have. Will be ordering more.

Not a great Product..cant see any difference.

Neuropathy? Fibromyalgia? I suffer from both and at night my feet feel life they're on fire. I read about Alpha Lipoic for Neuropathy and gave these a go. Within a few days the burning had subsided and has almost disappeared. Finally pain relief at night.

It comes exactly as described. If you want to know if it works/is effective then I'm willing to be medically scrutinised so that we can all have an answer.
